CS-Cart Professional Needed For 2 Projects

Hello, Let me try to describe what I need the best I can and you can ask questions if need be before you bid. 1. I have an online store and it is about 1 year old. It is in cs-cart community version. I'm not sure how it is designed - coded - but it was not designed in hooks which is causing problems for me. I cannot upgrade to the latest version of cs-cart and I also cannot upgrade to the pro version. I would like to do both. I have the licence for the pro version (have the key). I am looking for someone who can re-code my website so that it works in pro and either 2.24 or 3 cs-cart. 2. I am starting a new online store and have bought the pro version for it. it is already installed on the server and ready to go. All I need now is a design. Here are my ideas as I do not have a lot of money to spend now that I have discovered I need to spend so much on my current online store above. a/ Once my current store is re-coded, make a copy of it and use it for my new store with different colors. b/ Find a template of version 3 for you to install. c/ Have my graphic designer do a design and provide the PSD file for you to code - for only the home page. If I choose this option, I would want the colors changed from the cs-cart blue to something else (at check out etc.). For the bid: Please message me with your price for a, b, c. Thank you very much.
