Cam4 or simular script camfuze script

As you already know, we are looking for a adult webcam community website similar to cam4, camfuze, chaurbate etc... What we have so far is a website that is about 65% done (in design ). We have the general layout finished, navigation, favicon, and logo. To further more assist your design process; we have also taken the liberty of creating a custom loader window for broadcast. This is a loader screen with our logo. We are looking for a company to tie the website pages (etc..) together (cloning and labeling multiple webpages, backend admin controls , webcam broadcast window and chat window equip with text options, private messaging and users info, and finally, a registration, payment, delete user account and profile page. In addition to this, we would like our users to confirm their account by a registration link. *We also would like to forward generic email for people who have not broadcasted in a week. ( see #6 below) We have our privacy policy ready along with our and terms and conditions statement. Furthermore, a 18 USC 2257 compliance statement, so we would also need pages for each (we would like to transfer this documentation/ text to the actual website; we will send word documents. Lastly, we would also need a small to medium pop up window for the T.O.C. that would prevent people from seeing cams until they read and accept. The majority of design is done, now what? Again, what we are looking for, in greater detail, is a secure script to incorporate all I have listed above. We would ask your company to create: 1) Registration page along with either a link to a payment gateway and/or adding the necessary code for credit card payment (premium only). 2) Backend administrator controls that are fully functional and that can handle the complexity of a medium to large webcam community. (This would also need to include model statistics, model payment request and user info: password, username, email, account information, etc. If possible, we would like to have access to any analytical and IP information as well. 3) Create a webcam script and chat room for performers. Screenshots of each performer’s webcam would appear in a 9x 9 rowed matrix (or webmaster configurable?) and sorted by gender displaying sexual orientation, location age, and finally a status message. (Check links at the bottom of this page for specific examples of this) 4) Incorporate a tipping feature that would allow performers to receive tips via credits/tokens. (We should be able to decrease/increase the exchange rate for tokens) 5) Create moderator controls for chat rooms that would allow performers to ban users as well as appoint moderators. 6) Incorporate a program to automatically send users email when their added friends are performing. 7) An automatic 24 to 48 hr. temporary banning of a IP address if reported more than 10 times? (this would be needed to prevent immediate abuse, bestiality, child pornography etc.) with detailed comment (create a comment window with specified abuse reasons) it should be forwarded to and to determine the occurrence and solution to occurrence. (Moderators should also have a way to ban persons IP address permanently with a forwarding email to support dept. also. (All IP banning should be 100% reversible in admin control panel.) 8) Registration page 9) A profile page (this page should also have a delete account link taking users to a delete my account page. The “delete my account page” should have a drop down menu displaying a list of generic reasons they would like to delete their account (abuse, security reasons, other: with comment window, etc.) Once an account is deleted the user would have to confirm by email.
