############ # OVERVIEW # ~ READ THE ATTACHMENT PRIOR TO BID! ############ We are looking for experienced/advanced web developer/s to create a complete online real-estate solution that will manage all financial/accounting aspects’ of a business, Provide a complete CRM that is fully automotive with tasks for Property Management, Commercial & Residential rentals, Property Sales etc and the frontend site this is fully linked up to the backend system. As detailed below; (The rest is up to the developer to make it a good product) ###### # YOU # ###### You must have experience in building CRM’s You must be an advanced web developer. You must give updates every 2 – 3 days You will need to include examples of previous works within ‘PM’ List 88 in your bid so I am aware you have read this fully and understand the requirements. If you cannot finish the whole thing, there is no point in bidding on the project. Payment is on completion of project, you may outline your own milestone request but it will have to have a plan (with timeline) and explain where you will be with the project at that time. I do have an advanced and experienced web developer but he is tied up on other projects.
