CMS website for fitness center

I want a modern state of the art well-designed website, Content management system, for a few fitness centers. Requirements includes having tabs for the different centers (I manage three), videos that merge with the website and the ability to write news etc. that automatically gets a spot on the frontpage with a thumbnail automatically made from an attached photo or picture. One should also be able to write news on a dedicated page on Facebook and those new automatically gets posted on the homepage ; (and vica versa) if something is written on the homepage it should be automatically posted on our page on Facebook. Different users may have rights to post both ways. Other than this I do not have much in mind for the moment, rather than the colors should be mainly blue, then white and black, but I search for creative coders that may suggest features for me and take pride in making a stable, easy to operate website that looks and feel professional both on the frontend and backend. If you have made similar websites earlier that is an advantage. Thanks for reading!
