Please give my bid 10 mins only, i can make it in very less budget.
For ordering process we also need to make a product management, where we can add all the items there Recommended retail price, Rep price, itemcode, description...
If a item can be make up of several items the we can have Bill of material. so when an item sale its content stock will also get decreased.
We will make a registration form for representative , from where he/she can register , verified.
We can make ordering process some more better, like we will give user a option to search the items and can add the items in order, all will be come up automatic..
All the reports will be there as per your need.
I do have 7+ year experience in retail domain, have worked on Back office system(BOS) to manage
1. Product management(Bill of material, Price,cost, RRP->Recommended retail price, in stock, supplier, barcode, wbarcode, promotions..)
2. Order management: we are having two types of order.
2.1 Manual Order--->Manager will select the supplier, select the barcode and make the order and save it, export to excel to send to supplier, OCS order is also there.
2.2 Auto Order: On the basis of Item Minimum stock, Avg sales for 3 days, supplier deliver time period ..
3. Delivery-->to Add the items in Delivery and update the stock
4. Promotion
