Build a new website and post with my hosting account

I basically need a 1 or multi-page website to generate and capture leads ie, we buy houses site. I have several domains however, want to use one for this 1 pager site as a test site. I can provide sample sites of what I'm looking for however, with my contact and information. I also want a short video added to site for when consumer opens page. I'm open and flexible to offering a better budget if you can do flash and animate one of my cartoon characters I provide. I would need the site to be accessible so I may modify text and information changes. If website provided goes very well, I would be interested in developing a few others I already have domains for.
