Build a Website

Mandarin@Home are Chinese language service providers. We offer a range of classes from one-on-one to small groups, directly to student’s homes, offices, or places of their choosing. I want to design a website for Mandarin@Home. The website should have a personal feel, but be well designed and laid out. I would like the website to include a teacher-student forum (accessible through login only) where students can post homework, ask questions or start discussions. I would also like teachers to be able to upload documents and materials for students. I would like a log in function on the home page, and personalized email accounts for personnel. Facebook/Twitter/YouTube should be link-able I want to incorporate a blog for anyone to post, but many blog sites are blocked in China, including wordpress and tumblr. Blog site must be accessible to everyone without a VPN. I would like students to be able to pay for classes online using various methods such as PayPal or credit card. In the future, I would like the website to have the functionality to accommodate online classroom software like Adobe Connect, although I will not be going ahead with it at this time, I would rehire the same designer/programmer to work on the project at a later date, if their work were satisfactory.
