Build a Website

I want to create a exactly same website as [login to view URL] . Domain and hosting is already purchased so only designing and developing needs to be done. Also I will need a admin panel which will have a following details: 1. Track no of registration, this month, week, today, last week, last month, yesterday. 2. admin must be able to fire a query to see people as per country, no of references, highest amount earned. 3. Approve/disapprove the registration. 4. Disqualify person if not comply with T&C. 5. Find no. of clicks on every reference link. 6. Find those who qualify for payment i.e. earning more than $300. This is a very small project, so it should be completed within 20 days.
