I want a website where user can register. Registration info is below: 1// Full name 2// Country (get from user’s ip automatically and it cant be changed at the time of registration) 3//Zip code (get from user’s ip automatically and it cant be changed at the time of registration) 4// Address 5// Email address to contact with 6// Skype username 7// Portfolio (there will be a portfolio system like freelancer portfolio, user needs to create portfolio to register) 8// Preferred payment method 9//Best skill(user can select his best 3 skills from a skill list) 10// Passport scanned copy/ Voter id scanned copy for verification purpose 11// password (with remember me and forget pass option) ONE USER CAN REGISTER 1 TIME FROM 1 IP WITH 1 EMAIL (MULTIPLE REGISTER ISNT ALLOWED) I need a admin panel also, where the admin will see the skills, and after clicking on any skill, he can see how many users get registered under that skill, and there will be a mail system, using which admin can send email from the site email address to all the users under the skill, and admin can see the 1-10 points of each user as profile, admin should have the system to add/edit/remove skills from registration there will be a page named [login to view URL] where all portfolio will be gathered under related skills, and it will be an extra link to where u cant reach from the original website [login to view URL] it will be visible only if u write [login to view URL] in portfolio page, a skill list will come up first, and from there, if u select php, then u will see all the portfolios uploaded by the users under php skill, and same to all. But in profile portfolio page, user can see only their portfolio
