Build A Portal

This is an online job portal. The concept of the portal would work on a similar concept of the football transfer window. Employers would be treated as Clubs and Employees & Job Seekers would be treated as football players. Registration for both sides is free. Every employee or job seeker sets a price for himself in their profile according to which they get hired. This price is based on a monthly / weekly wage. Every company can search for employees, based on their attributes and status, price & location. Attributes will contain their skills and how good they are at it. These attributes will be on a score of 100. There will be two sets of Attributes. One is the self proclaimed one. Other one will be the proclamation got from companies or other users. Organisations / Clubs offer Employees / Players with new offers, they can negotiate with their existing price. Any offers or negotiations will be highlighted in a section called the Trending News which will be a common platform to all users, be it a Company or an Employee. Just that for Employees, the news will highlight like: Mr. A got selected by Google Inc. for a weekly wage of around 1200$ , or , Google is in negotiations with Mr. A for a weekly wage of around 1200$. Employees can reject, negotiate or accept any and every offer they get from organisations and no matter whatever decisions they take, it will be highlighted in the Trending News section. Organisations can take an employee or freelancer on loan with hourly/weekly/monthly wages. This would also be highlighted in the Trending News section. When employees join a company, this becomes a news highlighted. The latest Transfers will be news. There will be a Transfer Windows for every month and a list will be projected at the end of every month which will highlight the top ten transfers of the month. The highest paid contract transfer will be in Trending News section. Employees and Organisations can check out other employees profile for records. Organisations will be able to create openings. They can add a MCQ scrutiny round to the opening and set date & time of the exam which the employees or job seekers will be able to attend, or apply and give the exam on that specific date and time. Organisations will go into negotiations with the people who qualifies the exam. To attend every exam the employees or job seekers have to pay 30 credits for each exam. To earn credits, employees will have to send a request to their friends from their friendlist which will be intitiated through facebook and those who accept it, the user will get 100 Credits for each successful user conversion. Company profiles would also contain attributes which will state the number of employees in the organisation, the number of transfers conducted online. Similarly Employee Profiles would also contain the number of offers made, the number of offers negotiated according to season or transfer windows. Any Signed Deal would be highlighted in the NEWS section. Organisations can create events for Personal Interview where the venue, date and time will be mentioned along with details. Employees or Job Seekers who would be attending would click on the Join button and book their names in the registration list for the event. Users of both sides ( Organisations & Employees or Job Seekers ) can send InMail to each other be it Organisation or Users. This will be an in house messaging system like mail.
