Turn key project so graphical design, coding, testing must be included.
The project will be a siple site simillar with a cinema seat reservation script.
In admin you will be able to add events, and for each event a seat grid, a background and the seat price. Also some reporting will be available to see the the sale and generic settings for the platform.
In user mode the user will be able to select the event, and see the seat map.
The seat maps can be ~5000 seats, and one user can select multiple seats, even 100, so a sort of rectangle select tool should be available.
When viewing the seatmap a sort of zoom in mechanism must be available.
After a user buys seats, he can add a text or banner on those seats, similar with "Million dollar homepage". The text/banner will be visible only on hover.
The user will buy seats and proceed to checkout with paypal card processing.
Good looking graphics, and smooth motion.
