Brand New Dynamic Website

My client, a brand leader in Audio/Visual Techonologies and Merchandise requires a brand new website. It is required to fit in with it's new advertising/promotional material (which will be provided). The site is required must allow for the client to update all information through and easy-to-use portal interface. The site content is predominately about the clients products, which should include data such as features, specs, images, manuals, downloads/updates and warranty information. There should also be a section where retailers of the client can go to download and access private materials (to be regulated and controlled by assigned user accounts. Other features that are required is a dynamic front page that slides through pictures of products that are listed as featured. There is also to be a wizard to add products to the site which requires input from three different users (departments) before being able to go live on the site.
