Hello Vicrana, I've worked since 2007 for digital marketing firms, primarily as account executive. I've had training and experience consulting on e-commerce wesites, information architecture, "shop-ability," and conversion rate optimization techniques. Here is what I can provide. I'll have a consultation with you about your e-commerce website and the target audience. I'll review the website from a standpoint of organization, shop-ability, and keep an eye out for structure issues which might cause trouble on the SEO side. I'd also like to have a look at the analytics. I'll prepare a report of at least three (3) pages outlining my findings and recommendations. (The report may be many more than 3 pages I will not hold anything back. The deliverables would be findings and recommendations only in the form of documentation. Being in this industry for many years I don't believe in amateur design and programming. I would leave implementation to another firm.
