Add some custom homepage Modules to my Domain

I have a Video sharing website that needs work. On my main index page( [login to view URL]) I want someone to create a module that will allow me to add featured videos on different home-blocks with out duplicate videos . For example: if you check out [login to view URL] you will see that I have three homeblocks so far Oct.14,13, and the 12 with the same videos for each blocks. I don't want the same featured videos on different home blocks. I want the abilily to create a new block and add want ever video I want for that block. I just they have it on [login to view URL]
