Add New Pages to Website

Need someone who is very proficient in PHP and JavaScript to add 10 pages to our website ([login to view URL]) and help make some small changes. We have other higher level PHP projects and this initial project will determine if the person deserves or qualifies for them. The small changes include:
1. Create new pages (All Stats/Report pages will only display information pulled from other tables). Designs for each page will be provided
2. Make sure the Remember Me and logout button are functioning properly
3. Add a delete and Delete buttons to some pages (Calendar, Events, Users, Forms, Payments…)
4. Make every main page column editable (Calendar name on the calendar and Calendar Settings pages, Event Name on the Event page, User Name on the User and User Settings pages, Form Name on the Form page, Payment Name for the Payment page, Capacity Name on the Capacity page, Group Name on the User Group page). Just like the Event Setting currently is
5. Make sure the group on the User Setting is a drop down of previously already created groups
6. Add a “Add User” button on the “group_add” page
7. Group Members on the User Group page should show all members who belong to each group
8. Link the profile and mail icons above the main title bar to the newly created pages
9. Link the profile and the help from the option drop down to appropriate pages
