I require a complete proposal submitted for the following project. The Proposal must include how you would progress with the project and implement the design process. A full financial breakdown is also required. Post Production Media Company requires a CLient Approval system for streaming media. The Company Wishes to allow Clients access to a private intranet for approval and rating of MPEG video clips. There must be full version tracking and design of a communication system to allow projects to be handled by multiple team members. Team members must be able to login to server and upload new video clips and automatically notify clients and new team members about the newly submitted documentation/clip. Full project tracking must be implemented but with a simple colour coded system - this system has to be user friendly as the end users may not be extremely computer literate. Approval notification must be tracked and not be able to be altered or falsified in the db. There must be multiple access levels implemented - Project Manager -Team members client access etc. The system must support full video streaming on a linux server. The System is very similar to NetOffice GPL in design though must be simpler to use. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
