Data scrape and rebuild events calendar on WP responsive design site

This should be an easy project for someone with the proper skills in web scraping. I need to recreate an events calendar on my wordpress website. The site is responsive in design, so your calendar function must be responsive for my WP site. This is not an option. The calendar is coded with four different statuses that are color coded = Available = Confirmed = Pending = Check In/Out Each is a different color. You will need to create me a command line script that will run once a day at 3am and check for changes to the calendar. Then update our calendars accordingly as well as other property details as outlined in the attached document. The site currently has about 75 calendars, but new properties with calendars are continually being added. You should prepare to have the process identify if there are new calendars or old calendars are missing and notify me accordingly. There is also data at the top of the page that needs to be extracted and checked each time as rental rates or terms may change.
