A VB.net Math program for kids

Hi, I require an application in VB.NET (must). It's a math program with a calculator for kids 9-12 years. Im very strict about the content, so please only bid if you are sure you will do it EXACTLY as specified. Every module must be in a dll, the frame must be a medium sized window 3/4 of the full screen. Nothing too fency, some text box, some labels, a light green background, some quiz for the kid to answer (Fractions). ex: what is the result of 12/4. of course if he answer correct, a popup says congrats, else, it says try again, after 3 trials the correct answer is popped up. I want the calculator module to calculate everything, the calculator must be always visible in the up left corner of the frame. only +-*/ are required. no floating point in the result, only fraction. parentheses are not required but desired. If you have any question, please dont hesitate, just ask. I want the app by tomorrow, so a reasonable bid by someone who can conveince me that he can do it very well will be accepted. P.S.
