What I would like is a dll to reboot the server. This must be coded with vb.net using the .net framework 3.5 and visual studio 2008 professional edition. I also need a sample exe to show this working. Will have one function called RebootServer (HowManySeconds). The parameter will be how many seconds it will reboot after the method is called. Currently; I have 2 functions but neither work with the windows 2003 Server Edition R2. This dll must work with that.

The compiled dll and the source code for the dll. Plus a sample exe to show this working. Must work on buyer's environment.
