Create Web Based Rewards Program for QuickBooks

I work for a recycling company in Minnesota who recently implemented a "Rewards" or "Points" program where customers earn one point for every dollar they spend. We use QuickBooks for invoicing our customers so the data would have to be pulled from there and thrown into an Access database. From there I can put a website together to show them their points and so forth. I just need help getting the data from QuickBooks into Access. We are using QuickBooks Enterprise Edition 5.0 and Access 2003. The points database does not have to be updated on the fly, our lady who does invoices sends them out on the 1st and the 15th of each month so if there is someway the she can just click a button and begin the synchronization, that would be fine. Maybe we would have to create a custom field in QB to show if it has been sync'd yet?!? I know some Visual Basic so if you could build it in that, that would be preferred. If you can do it all in Access that would be ok too even though I hate working with the programming side for some reason.
