Create Simple VB Web Browser with Great User Interface

We're looking for a coder to produce a simple Visual Basic Web browser. The browser will be very user friendly and will have an excellent user interface. If you are NOT good at designing Windows XP-style interfaces or using quality icons, please do not bid. The software will read the following from an configuration file ([login to view URL]): --- The homepage it should visit (ie, [login to view URL], or <[login to view URL]>) --- The small logo to display (ie, [login to view URL] -- a simple small(ish) image to customize the browser) It will display the following buttons: --- Back --- Forward --- Stop --- Refresh --- Home --- Print (condition, depending on the INI file) This is a VERY simple application that requires great UI skills, XP-style. No crazy bids please. To be CODED in Visual Basic 6, NOT Visual Basic .NET. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
