Convert Excel Application to VB6

I have an Excel & Word application (called DeedMaker) that must be converted to run from VB6. It is okay to still use Word and Excel for their purpose, but we don't want anyone to be able to steal the application so easy.

I need the application converted to VB6, and I need installation and "registration" or whatever it is you do to ensure that application is not copied to another machine. If necessary, we can use installation from web (right now, they are using a CD); please advise what you think.

Warning: BEFORE YOU BEGIN WORK, I MUST GET YOU ACTUAL FILES, WHICH MAY HAVE CHANGED SLIGHTLY. But no "operations" will have changed. Just location of text or something, maybe the help worksheet changed. If we can get a good price, I will accept and get you ACTUAL files before you begin. Also, I will provide all graphics.

3rd-party components that are used are Word and Excel.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Should work in all OS: 98, ME, XP

Should work with any version of Office, 97 and above.
