Backup SQL Server Data - Mini Utility

We require a tool creating to backup our SQL Server data. It will be created in VB .NET (will consider C#). When run, the tool will silently connect to our SQL Server database online and download all the existing tables and data, storing them locally as an Access MDB database. The database credentials will be stored in an INI/XML file. The application should have no interface: the user should only be aware it is processing via an icon present in the taskbar. It should require NO user interaction. It should create a whole new database every time it is run. Databases over 14 days old should be automatically erased. Only one instance of the app should be allowed to run at any one time. There should be NO possibility of error or data deletion during this process. It is being implemented to ensure data security and rescue in case of an emergency. The tables may change, so it should download ALL data as necessary. Please place your bids. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
