Automated submission tool for custom forms

My form submission has become increasingly harder to do these days. So I will need an automated tool for this. Tried doing it myself but i have realized it will take me much more time to do this (in VB), then someone who's a professional. I don't care if you do it in Visual Whatever#++, as long as you deliver. The software should be extendable (you will be rehired if you do a good job). There are atleast 4 big parts to this job. Short version: 1) On the left side I'll need the fields that I will complete myself 2) On the right side, will be the websites (and fields) that will get populated by the text I have entered on the left side, each field with his o left link. Every situation should be saved because i will need this to be automated. 3) I will need a solution that will allow me to add new websites (i don't care if it's a database or a text file). The adding of the website should be as simple as browsing to a new website, and linking my fields with that websites fields (if you can explain how this will be done then it's fine, it doesn't have to be drag and drop (but bonus if you can do this)). These should be saved somewhere, because the same processes will need to take place 1-2 weeks later, and I wouldn't want to redo the thing once again. That's the point of this.
