Bot / Scraper for [login to view URL]

I want a Bot to make automated queries on [url removed, login to view] The attached CSV file has three fields: 1. Record No. 2. LastName, FirstName 3. City, State The Bot should go to PeopleSearch in [url removed, login to view] and enter the 2nd & 3rd fields from the CSV in the form and query the site. The results page must parsed and the name, address, and phone number must be extracted and a new CSV created with these three fields added to the three that we already have in the source file. Additional features: 1. Proxy support 2. Server friendly - we should be able to set the query rate and also set automatic pause after fixed intervals which can be defined 3. Pause and Resume the querying manually 4. Stop the job manually when required; queries completed must not be lost The code must be well commented and instructions for compiling the code in case we change it in future must be provided.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
