Audio Recorder

I am in need of an Audio Recorder.I basically do not use a voice modem on my pc as i have an adsl connection also i use my telphone as an audio device. I need to record and annotate telephone calls recorded thru my soundcard I would like to have an interface that looks like: <[login to view URL]> the first part will be to create a recording application which automatically records and then manages the files to my requirements. I need someone who knows about Audio programming.. bit rates etc ! A knowledge of Telephone recording applications would be helpful. Ive attached a txt file with my wish list for the finished app. A nice interface / GUI is important to me please attach screenshots of your apps for me to see.
