Basic Functions: Each location must have 5 school types with the possibility to add more (eg College, University, High School…) Schools: Each school once added must have the following: · Message board (Only registered users can post while others can read) · Chat room · Photo Album with picture upload. Max size configured by admin (Only registered users can upload while others can see) · Admin or user (under approval) can add more cities, villages, and schools. · We need browsing and searching by last name, school, year · School must have option for secondary name, must have address and place for one picture to be uploaded my authorized member or admin Admin: Admin can add regions and cities, with possibility to add eg villages under cities Web based administration Guests: Can browse and see surnames and photos of members Guest may not enter to chartrooms Members: Can see some part or the profile without approval and can ask approval to see some other part of the profile Visible online/offline status. Instant Messenger (provided by us) must give the possibility of instant communication to members Can change own profiles Can upload one picture to their profile Password reminder Members should be able to add profile for others Report link to admin and to designated authorized member, under every profile One authorized member as admin for every school with the necessary administration privileges General: Search results show members list by surname and year No spiders etc should be able to harvest email addresses. Users sign up with verification email Template files and nice & clean design.
