The template for (sample) accessfast (.) info requires debugging specifically for
1) unique_mismatch errors (user being thrown back to the front page), 16,000 per day per Google Analytics and per significant user feedback
2) large number of memory errors (e.g) - PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 133431942 bytes) in /home/newserve/public_html/includes/[url removed, login to view] on line 87 (I increased the memory allocation in init, no result so presume program bug)
3) users cannot search for [url removed, login to view] using Enter Url area or from within the proxy (user ALWAYS thrown to front page).
These bugs may be interrelated. Attached is an extract from error_log, last few minutes, may be useful.
