We have a 3640 (ios 12.3, 5 ethernet ports) that we bought to route from both a DSL line (with netopia router) and an affiliate's LAN. We have PCs, servers, and phones. I want the router to handle DHCP for the PCs and phones.
The LAN, DSL and servers will all have fixed IP addresses.
DSL router is 10.6..6.1 255.255.255.0
LAN ip address [url removed, login to view] 255.255.254.0
I want DHCP to issue on 10.5.3.1 255.255.0.0
I want the phones (Cisco 7940G SIP Image) to have their traffic to the internet over the DSL, with the affiliate LAN as failover.
I want the PCs to have their traffic routed over the affiliate LAN for internet with the DSL as failover.
I want QOS on our side of the DSL line in the form of keeping 128K of bandwidth dedicated to SIP.
I need help and I thought I was pretty god with IOS.
We have ethernet ports 0/0, 1/0, 1/1, 2/0, 2/1. Changing 1/0, 1/1, 2/0, 2/1 to fast ethernet very soon.
Need IOS script.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
