I have experience java developer. I read your project details. I have few questions to ask: Is your application required eclipse to run? Is this application is web base or desktop base? kindly specify that you only requires start and stop of program according to time schedule and on pressing button or some thing more as you mention in you description "There's a couple of more details but nothing major".
