A Magento plugin that makes calls to an API.

We have an API for purchasing goods from online retailers, including Amazon. We want a Magento plugin in which a merchant can enter a bunch of information (their shipping info, billing info, product info, etc) and a simple button, "Fulfill Order", that orders the item from the online retailer using our API. This should be as easy as taking the information from the plugin and making calls to our API. If the API encounters an error, send us an email with all of the associated information, so we can see which orders failed and so that we can place them manually.
