Distribution Calculating Package Dimensions

I work in a small manufacturing company. We are getting many more requests from abroad (hooray), however i have a BIG problem which i hope someone can help me solve. We make bespoke items from lots of different materials. So i can't give accurate weights and dimensions until the goods are made. I need a way of calculating how big and heavy a box will be before we make them. I don't want the time constraints of making a sample every time and weighing it and calculating the dimensions. Here are my ideas so far.. The one thing that doesn't change is the materials, whilst we have hundreds it will be possible for me to gain the weight of a meter squared of each material. I can then input the dimensions of the shape we are going to cut and the quantity. I could then have weight and nearest box size even maybe the carriage charge. Is there some software out there or someone who can develop some software to help me calculate this? The most ideal situation would be to have the complete weight and dimension of the package. Many inquiries are for OD, ID ring gaskets of which smaller ones can be packed inside larger ones, reducing size dimensions of the overall box and greatly reducing cost of shipping. I would like this to be considered in the calculations. A software that enables me to quote accurate weight and dimensions of our products and shipping costs is what we need.
