Hello, Thanks for posting such a great project, reference your description and the attached file, we would like to inform you that we have built similar nature of interlinking app, and also we have implemented rotating globe, coming back to the development part, the software will be developed using dot net technologies with mssql as database to fetch information from the local network or server where ever the files will received will be stored. Regarding wifi key, we can implement this feature, but how a user will pay for this, will this be done manually ? Further we would like to discuss few more points. Looking forward to your response. Hi. Thank you for the opportunity. I’ve read all of your requirements and I would like to share some thoughts with you. It seems that you require not one, but actually two applications. The main application, has you describe, will be available for the ship with the requirements specified, the second will be available to your backoffice in order to produce the required content to be consumed by the main application. This is the main reason why the budget is high. There are some requirements that can contradict themselves and we need to address them. For instance, you want the app to be distributable by internet and installable by some ship’s IT administrator and also prevent them of accessing the files. Technically this feasible but is highly complicated to achieve, as normally the administrator can access anything on the system. From your technical requirements I believe you would like a system in PHP normally installed on Linux machines, can you clarify this?
