We have an online booking system for appointments. We need a VOXEO based application to answer calls and use the current system information (data base) to have a conversation with caller and book or cancel an appointment. All sentences which are needed to be used in dialogues are dynamic and may change during the time so they shall be requested from data base each time call establishes.

STRONGLY need familiar with Dialogue System (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dialog_system) and since we develop for VOXEO, you need to be familiar with the platform, CCXML, and VXML.
