Develop Online IT Database for computer inventory - repost

Hello. I am looking to have an online database application designed that will be used for computer inventory (specifics). The long term goal is to develop a SAAS application that can be resold. I have included 3 documents to try and help with the description. I also have a started application that I can provide login info to to have a look. I will be honest. I am looking for better than thie demo application I can provide access to. First of all, the application will need 3 distinct roles: 1. Administrator - this would be me or my associates. This account would be used to create new reseller accounts and to manage the overall database. 2. Reseller - Clients of mine that I have sold to. The reseller can add his own end-users to his portal. Under here, the reseller has the ability to add computers to the end-users database in order to mange his client. 3. End-user - The end user can view the database for their business only. From here they can view all of the computers in their list, see the complete system details (outlined later), as well as search by various fields (ie. purchase date). Basic use will be as follows: 1. Reseller ands client called XYZ. 2. XYZ logs into database using his credentials and can add his clients (end-users). For now XYZ will add Client1. 3. XYZ will now begin to add computer systems to Client1. The details have been outlined in the IT Database System info.doc. Once the first system is added I would like to have a choice of adding next system or choosing done to close this adding out. Lets assume XYZ has added 5 computers to his client. 4. XYZ now shows Client1, and when he chooses Client1 he sees the complete system inventory for Client1. 5. Client1 can login with his credentials and also see all details of his system inventory. He can search by various fields to specify what he is looking for. Finally, I will need the database installed on my hosting server. I have both Linux and Windows servers so whichever is best. Long term I am hoping to grow the program and make changes and updates as time goes on. My goal is to find a partnership that I can work with. Different clients may want to modify the database fields to match their needs. That would have to be a capability, perhaps later on. The more flexibility the better. I look forward to your offers.
