Design Document and Workflow Diagrams

I need a design document and workflow diagram for a combination of both the following sites <[login to view URL]> and <[login to view URL]> The final design with the incorporation of the above two sites will have the look of and feel of <[login to view URL]> The document should show the workslow of both sites diagramatically and in the form of a story board (how the site will work). There will be additions to the way the site works that I can add at a later date or a future document additions will be provided by me for further work. The combination of both sites will work of the same logins, this applies to users, recruiters and admin. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Screenshots may also be used
