Hello Kvnroman. Mysql IS NOT an option for this kind of information system (someone offers you that.) I understand that most colleagues want to develop EVERYTHING with web technologies. What you need is a desktop app. It's funny how some people throw their "web credentials", but said nothing about access security, durability, consistensy, db backup, and every detail concerning to specific information systems. This is not a web page!!! I have no reviews yet, because new user on this site; but I'm an expert Systems Analyst, and made this kind of apps my whole life. Basically, this is my proposal: * MS Access database. If you consider another better free opcion, I recommend this. * Full custom scalable desktop app (Windows platform). You'll be able to modify/add features whenever you want in the future. (This will not be an Access app. Access is too limited and it's GUI is too poor.) * Full reporting with exporting (PDF, XLS, DOC) capabilities. * Backup tool to make local and remote copies of your data. * Multi-user support. * Support at install time, if needed.
