Custom Web Based 3D Software

I am looking for a highly qualified individual or team to develop a long term relationship with. I prefer people strictly located in the US, due to detailed communication and sensitivity of the intellectual property, but if you think you are perfect for the job, I will welcome your bid. The winner of this bidder / team will have to sign a non disclosure form. I am looking to develop a web based software with 2 parts. 1 - client version , 2 - admin version. The code and language you want to use should be included in your bid as well as past works. Client Version - Clients will pick a project which contains 3D models and will be able to interact with it. The format .obj will be a great start I believe. The user must be able to login to their private account, and perform various interactions with the model. Including adding color, complete rotation, pan, zoom, all of the standard interactions one would want at the User Interface. I have a rough layout of the UI from my patent pending book. Here is an example of a current plugin that is similar to what I am after, but I want a private software with a few more features. [login to view URL] . Along with what this plugin offers I would like the user to be able to play animated models, pick a "project" folder that will contain multiple models. Admin Version - The admin version is simply a user friendly UI or Control Panel where I can upload models. Only the admin will be able to upload models, not the client. Also, I want to be able to organize models and movies from the admin. I need someone who can complete both the development and design. The design will be similar to that in the example link above. Nothing extreme, but something professional. I need something bug free, that will work in all of the major browsers. Another big aspect of this site, is I need it installed on my server once complete and secured. The development needs to be one that cannot be copied or stolen, so the user end code must be secured or developed in a way that it will only output what is needed for the UI. If everything works out well, I would like to build on the software in the future with the same team. I will retain 100% of the rights to completed works when the project is complete. Feel free to ask questions, although I have more detail, it will be limited to protect property. With your bid, please show me you understand the project and can meet the expectations, the more detail the better. Past work is an excellent idea as it shows me the scope of your skills. Also, an outline of how you plan to develop the software would be excellent and a time until completion. I need an expert who is detail oriented, has great communication, and will add comments throughout the code and keep it clean and professional. Once the project is completed, I need a report of sorts outlining methods and languages used throughout. This needs to be a 100% custom project. I would like updates every few days, via email, but I can provide my phone number for text. I would also like the winner to be available via phone or skype if needed. I am willing to put down a $500 milestone, released once I can interact with a model. Once I see that the project is going to be a success (mostly complete), I will send and release half of the remaining project balance. The remaining balance milestone will be made and sent once the project is installed and working on my server. The option is always open to initially work off my server if you wish.
