Creating bot to fill form and save the url return

I believe that my design is simple, I need a bot to complete the form at the end of the link text. 1 - The bot will need to get all the data into a txt or csv file what is best and fill in all the fields of the form. 2 - There is also a simple captcha that needs to be combined with any recaptcha api to break it (leave it to the contractor to choose the API that best suits you and that you have good cost / benefit for me) might be able to bypass the captcha. always sending the same image and the same texts to let the programmer assess whether it is really possible. 3 - After sending the data, store the return url in a txt and make a loop and move to the next data below. 4 - The result is a return url with the server's response to whether the transaction was accepted or rejected. The project is in monthly payment from customers, the time it takes to do it manually every month when you get the salaries you want is to automate putting the data and getting the authorization to give the same low in financial.
