Create a automization for reading table in an excel file from public ftp and store 15 variable data of this into mysql

Project is shortly reading and transferring data from excel file uploaded in FTP. This excel file is stored in a public FTP and updates daily and the data table inside the excel file is always has same data table in same cells. All excel files are systematic and same. REQUIRED STEPS: 1- Search excel file in a public ftp 2- Transfer excel file to our server ftp 3- Read data (15 variable cells needs to be readed) from data table inside 4- Store this 15 variable data to database 5- Create a javascript line charts from the database DETAILS: 1- System will search the public FTP, If there is a new excel file created. Excel files are updated daily and only in weekdays. The name of the excel files follows a systematic date/month/year pattern according to the current day's date. The files are only updated in weekdays, therefore, the search should only work in weekdays. And every Mondays, the daily excel files are updated with the files of weekend, therefore, these all files needs to be searched on Mondays* *To solve this system can search excel files of last 10 days (there are also public holidays which is longer than weekdays) and checks If It is also transferred to our server that way we can make sure that we got every file. 2- Excel file will be transferred to our server (this will be used also for confirming weekend excel files) 3- The data inside the excel file will be read. The data tables are always updated into same cells, table is always same, only the 15 variable data is updated. *Data table inside the sheet is always same but sometimes the start of data tables changes (very rare but happens) I guess this can be solved by finding the first top left cell and by checking If there is a data, thay way, the table will be determined, table has always has same pattern. 4- Store this 15 variable data into mysql with date and weekday variables. 5- Create a javascript based line charts (for example highcharts) from this (I can explain what we need after the completion of previous steps of excel reading) PLease find attached the exce data table for your information.
