Hello, I have worked with Google charts extensively. This cannot be done automatically, so there will be some manual work to do. It would work like this: I write a short script that goes on your server. This can be anywhere so your visitors don't see it. When you want a chart: Go to the script you put on your server. You upload the CSV. A chart is given. You right-click and download the image to your local hard drive. You insert into your PDF.

Hi. Either I don't understand something about this, or the freelancers bidding over $100 don't. This appears to be a simple project to plot one data set. I can do this tonight for you at a minimum cost. I can perfectly reproduce that graph as a .jpg (without the right-hand side being cropped even). It appears that the fail and warning trigger limits are described as 70% and 60% of the reference in the first page. Credentials: I'm a data analyst who produces plots like this on a daily basis. This is a cake walk for me.
