Create, Configure & Install Drop Down Menu in PHP

Please see Craigslist Personals Ad Posting [login to view URL] On this page go to where there is a box that states 'helpful details'. We need all of those drop down menus installed on our website www.blackwomenpersonals.com. Go to the link "Place Ad" on www.blackwomenpersonals.com. The drop down menu should appear between the 'description box' and the 'contact and location information' box. The information that is input in the drop down menu should appear in the user's ad. If the user inputs their age and city, it should appear after the title of their ad like it does on Craigslist (see example [login to view URL]). 42 (Nassau)....age (City) This script is in PHP.
