Build a Video upload application with workflow management and video gallery

Our requirement is to build a video upload competition app. We want the users to upload video using their smart phone, tablets, dektop or laptop. - The web application will have a responsive UI supported on multiple form factors. - The form will capture the personal details of the submitter and will provide a form field to upload the video. - The form should be validated before being submitted. Only videos with a certain size and file format should be allowed. - A loader bar will display the percentage of the file being uploaded to the server. It will show appropriate message depending on the success or failure of the video file being uploaded. - The script will optimize the video to a desired resolution and size before being hosted on the server. - The URL of the file uploaded to the server should be captured into the respective record in the user database. - An Admin panel will display all the submissions. - Adminstrator can view, edit user information, approve or reject the submission. Approved submissions are flagged to be displayed in the video gallery. The rejected submissions remain within the database but are not displayed in the video gallery. - Administrator can also re-upload a video for the user record if the user sends an updated video file. - The approved video is displayed in a responsive video gallery page. Users can like and share a respective video submission to their social media platforms of interest. Timeline: Applications needs to be developed by 13th of February 2015.
