This project is for the development of a Buddypress/Wordpress plugin to provide quotation, project management, project accounting and payment control methods for projects worked within a Buddypress community.
The community is designed as a generic commercial community engaged in commercial activities such as providing Building Services, Legal Services, Creative Services etc.
In each case community members post tasks and projects, request quotations, appoint suppliers and manage contracts and relevant payments to project completion.
As part of this community service there is a need for a tool to monitor expenditure against project budgets, arrange payment schedules, summarise costs and budgets at a group, project and task level.
