Basic Form Processing

Hi ServiceProviders, This is a very simple pilot project I'd like to offer on GAF, since I am trying out this service for the first time. We have a running ecommerce website, to which we'd like to integrate this project. The project details are as follows : -> Develop a PHP script which accepts HTML Form Posts, and stores the name-value pairs in the database (MySql) table(s). Very very little business logic. -> Develop a PHP script that does a SQL fetch and displays the records from this table. This script should support some business logic for filteration of records (Where clauses mostly). Virtually no business logic. ->HTML Form creation is NOT required This is a very simple project. ALONG WITH EACH BID, PLEASE ALSO QUOTE ESTIMATED TIME REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT. Please feel free to ask questions if required. The criteria for evaluation pre-bidding, and post-bidding, shall be as follows : competitive rates, experience and expertise in PHP/MySql/ECommerce, high degree of professionalism, high availability and communication skills, timely completion, ability to strongly understand requirements and follow through with it - these are the skills that shall be evaluated, and are being sought.
