a new lyricist

Working on a new version of an old idea that is very needed. Currently on the web there are websites everywhere that do what we want to do, but using these websites daily I have grown to hate them all because of the over complication and advertisements within them. I want to create a new version, simple, no graphics, optimized in HTML5 for quickness. More details to come. Be ready to create or use search and database. Looking for a partner to create the back/front end (text only) and I will grow and create the content and the rest. Would prefer to find someone that would like to work long term and from the US. Profit sharing is a better option however I will buy your portion out rather than set up profit sharing.
