A simple tool that uses the Twitter API to rate users based on content they share.

I think the title is pretty self-explanatory. Here's the details: The interface is simply an input box which Twitter users will submit their Twitter username. The application will go through all the tweets to search for pre-determined keywords. We'll define some profiles such as 'shopper, geek, entrepreneur, mother, etc.' and associate numerous keywords with each profile. The aim is to determine the profile that the user falls in. Each keyword will have a grade and we'll multiply that grade with the frequency of that keyword, to come up with a final score. If a user's 'shopper' grade is higher than her 'mother' grade (because keywords associated with the shopper profile are more widely used), we'll call her a mother and let her share this information with her followers. Then, we'll save her twitter username along with the score and the profile name. That's pretty much it! In order to be cost effective, profiles and associated keywords-their grades can be kept in a txt file, or even can be hardcoded instead of building a database-driven administration interface. Again, low cost and speed are the key expectations in this project. So, please be competitive! PHP is preferred. Questions and suggestions are welcome
