Custom Picture at End of Holiday Video

This is essentially a Holiday Greeting Maker. A video must be generated from a user provided picture and my video. A note will also need to be accepted and sent to the email address of the recipient. This all needs to work on the internet at a website. Overview: I have a short video that I can deliver in most any format. I want software (including interface) that can accept a picture (jpeg) from a user and superimpose it onto (over) a sequence near the end of the 1 minute 20 second video movie.? Interface: INPUTS: 1) Picture 2) Greeting Note for recipient from user 3) Email address of recipient---where note and finished video are sent. I want this to work at a website. A user uploads a photo, the movie is re-rendered with their photo, and then the custom movie is delivered as a movie (FLash or Mpeg4) to a provided email address along with a note from the sender. ## Deliverables Just to make sure this is clear, I am looking to have an application made that runs on/from a website. I can do the design. Basically, I need the input "window" and engine to make the deliverables. The inputs, as described above, are: 1) Text Note. Perhaps a 100 or so characters. 2) email address of user (collected for my database) 3) email address for receiver/recipient (where the finished movie and note will be sent.) I wall also want to retain this email address for database. 4) jpeg photo. This photo will be superimposed n a video, and the result will be emailed (along with the note) to the recipient.
