Create small website with backend admin

1. Website to be created using a content management system/wordpress with backend/admin access to edit all content pages.
2. Web pages
A. Welcome Splash Page to include company logo and 2 WP-Cumulus cloud (as seen on [login to view URL] on the right side)
- Since Cumulus cloud is in flash - have regular link to take inside website or if it can be recreated using something other than flash.
B. Other pages to have one template page.
* Top of page - logo and tabs with drop down menus (similar to [login to view URL])
* Bottom of page to include copyright info, contact us link
* Cloud to go on sidebar (like splash page but smaller)
Pages to be created from this template:
* Front Page - to include welcome note, services and mission statement
* Contact Page to include address/phone and a contact form which emails automatically to <info@[login to view URL]>; use spam filter/captcha to avoid spam
* Other pages: Real Estate, Management Profile, Property Management, Small Business, Clients

* Dropdown menus on tabs for above pages to link to anchors on page and not individual pages.
- for instance, if real estate is a header and in the drop down menu of real estate, someone clicks on commercial development. the link should take you to the commercial development section on the real estate page, not to commercial development's own unique page. That will hopefully cut down on time and cost
C. Other items to integrate -
- be able to add SEO tags/meta tags/etc for pages
- will provide google analytics code for tracking purposes to be on every page
- copyright at bottom of page to change automatically from year to year
