Title: Create a new US real estate portal to add major value to customers. Build a US real estate portal that will blend standard feed data (MLS, sales, comps, rents, etc.) with our unique Census Block Group (BG) data and information (trends and BG+ forecasts) to add major value to: consumers, Realtors, and real estate investors. Maps ideally so that the user does not have to install any additional software, like SilverLight for example. See FinestExpert maps, and their UI. And the attached JPEG map image, the attached is a concept only image, and needs improved design and clear intuitive UI. The UI illustrated in the map JPEG that is like a radius search, but a comparison based upon comparing the block to larger areas based upon the user’s choice. The power of the Finest Expert maps, is that they show multiple levels of info ??" the colors and the numbers within the icons. Our new maps, should do something similar, but better and the numbers are based upon a user query and needs. Other thing that Finest Expert did not do well is the legend. The legend of our maps needs to show the ranges based upon the “radius?? that the user picks, not a fixed level. This is one core part that Finest Expert goofs up. Since consumers, Realtors, and Investors what to know what is important and relevant to their particular local market. Example on how the map JPEG works. User types in an address ??" get BG. Users want to compare this BG to surrounding BG info bases upon a choice of Job Growth Change by Zip Code. Then the legend and the ranges are based upon this Zip Code. Or if they choose County, then the ranges and numbers within the ranges are based upon this County. This shows the true relative strength, which is the power. Similarly, for the Realtors, they can choose the image that best sell and gets listings (as I mentioned before). As far as layout, the homepage lists the 3 core target markets, and from there, all sales copy, copy, tools, pricing…(everything) is different and geared towards that particular target market. Finest Expert has the tools close to what the investor wants, these need to be duplicated and improved. Realtors want different things, they want reports that they can hand to their clients, and get listings and get information that increases their commissions, so a different (tweaked) product, outputs, and sales copy. Consumers is fairly easy, they get free info, with limited maps and reports. Need to discuss this with a smart marketer and test. Do not want to give the farm away, but need to give away what drives buzz and traffic. Reports based upon core data compiled and our unique data and trends. Based upon the BG and higher ranges. See sample report attached. This needs to be improved, and before the final report is programmed, tested to make sure this will sell, and has the right features. Could blend the features of a BRO, CMA also for example, with the MLS types feeds, which would add more value. Before final launch to the public, the site must be beta tested and monitored by a min of 200 Realtors, 200 consumers, and 200 real estate investors, to get feedback, and make sure no mistakes and value proposition and benefits are clear. Then after market testing, implement a SEO, linking, and quality market plan to get visitors, convert, and grow.
